Taking Care of Your Mental Health in Challenging Times

At CCD, we value the well-being of every member of our community, understanding that the world around us can impact our mental and emotional health. National and global events, whether near or far, can stir strong emotions and may sometimes feel overwhelming. While we won’t focus on specific events, it’s important to acknowledge that our hearts and minds can be affected by what we see and hear in the news or experience within our communities.

We encourage everyone to remain mindful of their mental health and practice empathy toward others who may be struggling. Whether it’s conversations with loved ones, stressful media coverage, or feelings of uncertainty, you are not alone in processing these emotions. Remember that CCD is committed to supporting you, and many resources are available to help you navigate these times with care and understanding.

For those who need to take a moment to reflect or seek assistance, please know that your CityHawk family is here to support you through a variety of resources and safe spaces.
