The Cherry Creek building started HVAC renovations on Dec. 13, 2024, that will take place over the course of the next year. It will be done in three phases, with each phase affecting classrooms and offices differently depending on location.
What does this mean for students?
Classrooms in the Cherry Creek building on the first and second floor will be relocated. If you are a student returning for the spring 2025 semester, your new classroom locations will be updated on your schedule. Some classrooms will not be impacted. Please be mindful of where your classroom has been relocated.
How will this impact access to services and offices?
The IT Help Desk will has changed its location to Cherry Creek Room 236. This office will not be impacted by construction. You will still be able to access the Help Desk.

How will I enter the building when the Spring 2025 semester starts?
Signs will be posted around the Cherry Creek building directing you on which entrances are open.
The two elevators will be accessible. The south side elevator (W. Colfax Ave.) will continue to go to the second floor only. The north side elevator (Champa St.) will go straight to the third floor, skipping the second floor.
