Every year the Community College of Denver works to recognize our amazing students for their outstanding accomplishments in and outside of the classroom. Our students continuously rise above challenges, engage in meaningful learning and development, and help make CCD and the Auraria campus a better place for all.
The Student Programming, Activities, & Resource Center (SPARC) needs your help spreading recognition by submitting nominations for students who deserve to be celebrated for their achievements! This year there are five award categories in which a student can be nominated:
-President's Service Award
-Distinguished Student Award
-Outstanding New Student Award
-Resiliency Award
-Outstanding Student Organization
The purpose and criteria for the different awards can be found in the nomination form. Before submitting the form, please review the criteria for each award and ensure the student nominee meets or exceeds these qualifications.
All nominations are due no later than Monday, April 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Nominees will be anonymously reviewed by a committee, and the winning students will be honored at the CCD Student Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 24, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Confluence assembly rooms.
