How to Misuse Generative AI – Joel Swanson
We learn the most about a tool when it doesn’t work as intended. By testing the limits of generative AI and exploring unexpected applications, we can uncover new insights into its creative potential. This workshop invites participants to explore unconventional uses of generative AI, highlighting how unintended outcomes can inspire innovation, critical thinking, and artistic creativity. Through hands-on activities, participants will explore how generative AI responds to nonstandard inputs, consider the broader implications of repurposing these technologies, and engage in discussions about the, practical, ethical, and conceptual dimensions of AI.
